• Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion
• Develop design concepts, plans, and presentations that align with client needs and brand identity
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and design teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Ensure design quality, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to UAE construction and interior regulations
• Resolve design and on-site issues, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Mentor and guide junior designers to maintain high-quality design standards

Requirements: Must have a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, 2–4 years of experience in the UAE construction/interior sector, and strong knowledge of UAE construction and interior design laws and regulations
