Aurem Residences is a conceptual design by Designex for a twin-tower residential development in Dubai. Our studio designed the landscape, the podium and the interiors as one connected scheme. The concept shows how the green surface of the site can carry from the street into the building and back out onto the terraces.
The two towers curve toward each other and meet at a connecting bridge. They sit on a single flowing podium. The podium carries the landscape from the entrance canopy at street level up to the pool decks above the parking. A reflecting pool runs along the central axis between the road and the front door. Palm groves line the approach, and the arrival court holds a fountain with shaded seating.
The amenity level sits at podium height. The design places swimming pools set into planted terraces, with lounge areas screened by greenery. Planting continues up the face of each tower through balcony gardens, so residents keep a view of green from inside their apartments.
The interior concept follows the same logic as the landscape. The lobby opens to the gardens through full-height glass, which keeps the planting in view from the moment of arrival. The amenity interiors sit close to the pool decks, so the inside and outside spaces read as one. Material and planting choices were developed together rather than in sequence.
Aurem Residences is a concept design. It shows how Designex works across landscape, podium and interior design on a single residential brief.
